NEON-TRED® Square Nose (KT-767)
The Neon Vinyl Tred® has attractive co-extruded polyurethane stripes at the front 4". The contrasting color also meets the ADA, OSHA and California Disabled Access Regulations, including Section 3306(q) striping for the visually impaired. Also available in Rubber.

NITE-GLO® Insert Strip (RC-731)
For safety under power outage situation, the Nite-Glo® tread is a non-toxic, inert 2" strip at the nose, which will illuminate when the lights go out. The Zinc-sulfide crystals which are free of radioactivity, will absorb and store light. Meets ADA high contrast regulations. The Nite-Glo® strip is only in luminescence green.

METROTRED® (ES-753)
ORBITRED® (ES-752)
Utilizing the regular Metrotred® or Orbitred®, we have added a 2-1/2" tactile warning strip for the visually impaired (V.I.) in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines. Dimensions and colors are the same as METROTRED® listed under Rubber Treads page.
Colors for the tactile strip are: Black, Nightglow, Red, White or Yellow.

SAFETY STRIP® (3 Styles)
Safety-Strip® rubber treads provide safety and comfort under foot. The smooth surface makes cleaning easy. Visual impaired treads are made with 2" wide abrasive strip at the front edge of the treads. Meets ADA regulations.

SPECIFICATIONS (C.S.I. Div. 9 Stair Treads)
Molded rubber treads shall be made of top quality rubber compounds, homogeneous colors, heat cured and free of blemishes. Each tread shall have two 3/4" mineral coated abrasive strips recessed the full length of the tread 1" from the nose and placed 3/4" apart.
